This section provides information for Work-based learning providers.

The Welsh Government aims to be as open as possible about its activities, informing learning providers of its decisions through circulars, newsletters and other publications and seek their opinion on a wide range of issues in consultation documents.

The purpose of these pages is to provide information on all aspects relating to work-based learning (WBL). This includes the current tendering process for the delivery of both our Apprenticeships programme, and our training programmes for unemployed young people and adults from August 2011 to 2014.

In order to ensure that all enquiries are sent to the correct department within DfES, please see below appropriate contact details.

All general enquiries relating to current WBL contracts should be emailed to askWBL@wales.gsi.gov.uk. All enquiries relating to WBL data should be emailed to LLWR@wales.gsi.gov.uk.
