Provision For Learners with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities: Supplementary Funding 2003/04 - NC/C/03/11LDF (Saesneg yn unig)

This Circular addresses two issues.

Firstly, it explains how institutions may apply for supplementary funding to make mainstream provision more accessible for learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. The attached appendix offers notes for guidance on completing the forms supplied on the enclosed disks.

Secondly, Heads of those institutions in receipt of supplementary funding in 2002/03 are requested to certify the use of these funds. The Certificate of Expenditure attached to the Circular is provided for this purpose. Both sides should be completed and returned to the National Council - ELWa.
