These Standards were published by LLUK (former sector skills council) in 2007 on behalf of the Welsh Government. They were specified by the Welsh Ministers as the standards for the purpose of the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (Wales) Regulations 2002 in June 2008.

The application guides provide a useful resource for training providers, practitioners and employers.
