Learning Wales Pilot Evaluation: First Year Report Summary

This report provides interim information from the evaluation of the Learning Workers project (LWP) at Llanelli. It is being published in order to inform discussion of issues related to work-based learning, for example in the context of the Assembly’s draft Skills and Employment Action Plan 2004 and ELWa’s review of work-place learning, both of which are being issued for public consultation. Much further work needs to be done to complete the evaluation and the full picture will only become clear by the time the final report is prepared in late 2004.
