Customer Research 2003-06

The 2003-06 programme of Customer Research focussed upon customers within post-16 education (excluding higher education).

The following surveys were undertaken:

  • National School Sixth Form Survey for Wales 2004
  • FE Follow Up Survey 2005
  • Individuals Panel 2003-06
  • Employer Case Studies 2004
  • Employers Panel 2005-06

The information collected by these surveys was used to inform policy development, planning and strategic marketing, allowing the Department for Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills and its partners to improve the range and quality of available post-16 learning provision.

Data from these surveys can be analysed online with the interactive SurveyReporter, which allows you do your own analysis, print off tables and download spreadsheets containing data.
