Additional educational needs




This section contains information about guidance and resources that are available to help schools include learners with additional learning needs in the curriculum and assessment arrangements.

The term additional learning needs describes learners with a diverse range of needs who require targeted support to enable them to access educational opportunities and fulfil their potential.

The Welsh Government is committed to providing equality of opportunity for all learners.

In all our publications, we aim to ensure that we address the full diversity of learner needs as far as is possible.
