This document provides guidance on the provision of financial education for 7 to 19-year olds in Wales in schools and colleges.



The national curriculum identifies the skills for each subject and the range of contexts, opportunities and activities through which these skills should be developed and applied.

The national curriculum subjects were revised and restructured in 2008.

The content of the national curriculum ensures relevance to the twenty-first century and manageability for learners and teachers.

Details about the requirements for each national curriculum subject, with subject guidance and other information to help schools to implement the curriculum can be found below.

Welsh
