Beef exports

You can export beef and products containing bovine material for food and pet food, providing that you meet the requirements. Please click on this external link for the exporter guide leaflet on the exports of cattle from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) website.

The conditions for export will depend on whether the export is to an European Union (EU) Member State or to a country outside of the EU (third country). Third countries may not allow exports, or may set additional conditions.
