Climate change is one of the most important challenges facing the world - and one that requires concerted action by us all.

We committed to publish a National Energy Efficiency and Savings Plan. The plan focuses on what we are doing. It will support the environmental, economic and social wellbeing of the people of Wales.

We consulted on the National Energy Efficiency and Savings Plan in 2009. After receiving the responses to this consultation, we published a revised Fuel Poverty Strategy in 2010 and a revised National Energy Efficiency and Savings Plan in 2011.
