REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of CHemicals) is the new legal framework regulating the marketing and use of chemicals in Europe.

Welsh businesses are strongly advised to visit the Competent Authority website to see how they are likely to be affected, and what they must do to fulfil their REACH responsibilities.
