Reporting Incidents

The Environmental Liability Directive requires member states to report on the experience gained applying the Directive by 30 April 2013. The UK Government and Devolved Administrations will review the application of the regulations to consider if they are working effectively and if any changes are needed.

Enforcing authorities will need to report details of all qualifying incidents to us using the incident return below. Instructions are on the first worksheet.

Incident data should be submitted to waste@wales.gsi.gov.uk.
