This report is a review of the destination of waste collected for recycling as reported by the local authorities in Wales between October 2010 and March 2011.

We have committed to ensure that local authorities report on the end destinations of materials collected for recycling each year. This information is collected and submitted by using WasteDataFlow (WDF). Local Authorities complete WDF four times a year. The data is then reviewed by the Environment Agency Wales.
