Flock record




Find out why you need to keep a flock record and download the Welsh Government recommended booklet.

All sheep producers are required to keep an up-to-date flock record. This must be available for inspection by authorised officials on request, otherwise it may affect your single payment, or you could face prosecution.

We recommend that you use this record.

Please keep your flock record in a safe place.
