The Energy Thematic Working Group was formed to assist in identifying and developing good practices capable of delivering benefits to rural Wales.




Energy Thermatic Group meeting - February 2009 The Energy Thematic Working Group was formed in November 2008.  

The meetings aim to provide Local Action Groups, partnerships, Local Authorities and other individuals, with more information on energy projects in Wales.

Sue Thompson, Glasu project officer, is the Chair of this group. Glasu is a local partnership of public, private and voluntary/community organisations and the key objective is to support a sustainable future for people in Powys.  Energy Thermatic group meeting - February 2009

The Group will work closely with the Wales Rural Network Steering Group, other Thematic Groups and other organisations involved rural development in Wales.
