Equality impact assessments

There are 3 formal stages in the Welsh Government’s Equality Impact Assessment Process.
These are:
- Part 1 of the assessment;
- Part 2 of the assessment; and
- Review.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Division are responsible for ensuring that at each of these stages are published, including the reviews.

The Welsh Government is undertaking a review of the Post-16 Planning and Funding in Wales. The review was formally commenced in November 2011.
