We want to ensure the way we govern has the most effective impact on making our society fairer and more inclusive.

Everyone should be able to live their lives free of persecution and discrimination despite their race or ethnicity.

The Welsh Government is developing long-term positive change to eliminate unlawful racial discrimination, promote race equality and promote good relations.  In doing this it seeks to be an exemplar public authority in Wales.
