Health, Work and Well-being Action Plan for Wales

The development of the plan was a commitment in Our Healthy Future, the public health strategic framework for Wales.  It focuses on:

• health improvement 
• ill-health prevention and 
• employee retention.

It is not a fixed document. The plan will respond to and reflect new opportunities, identified as part of the joint working.  

The delivery of actions and identification of new work will be led and steered by an Implementation Group, reflecting co-ownership and joint delivery.  It will also contribute to the broad, cross-Government health, work and well-being agenda.
