The app includes details about how and when patients should contact health services in Wales. This includes Choose Well contact information, opening hours, GPS location and digitally mapped directions to the following services:

  • Pharmacies
  • GPs
  • Optometrists
  • Dentists
  • Minor Injury Units
  • Emergency Departments

Choose Well aims to better educate patients about the various health services available to them.  It encourages self care where appropriate and reduce inappropriate pressure on emergency and primary care services.
