This policy has been developed by the Welsh Partnership Forum and sets out the principles that apply in managing internal organisational change within NHS Wales.
A dignity at work policy for NHS Wales

The Welsh Partnership Forum is a tripartite group, sponsored by the Welsh Government.

It consists of representatives of:

  • the fourteen recognised healthcare trade unions for NHS Wales;
  • representatives of senior management for NHS Wales; and
  • representatives from the Welsh Government.

The main purpose of the Welsh Partnership Forum is the development, support and delivery of workforce policies on national, regional and local levels.  The Welsh Partnership Forum provides strategy leadership on partnership working between employers and employee representatives.

It is also involved in all aspects of strategic implementation including:

  • planning;
  • education;
  • recruitment;
  • retention;
  • development; and
  • support of NHS Wales staff.
