We have launched a new 1.5m a year housing grant scheme.

Background

The Housing White Paper Homes for Wales was published in May 2012. It sets out our ambitious plans for housing in Wales for the next five years.

Our approach in the Homes for Wales is about improving people’s lives by:

  • Providing more housing of the right type and offering more choice;
  • Improving homes and communities; and
  • Improving housing-related services.

This sits with our regeneration vision for Wales, which can be seen in the draft Regeneration Framework Vibrant and Viable Places.

This grant scheme will support programmes which help delivery our housing and regeneration visions. The full details of the criteria and conditions are available in the documents below.

We may provide funding for programmes for up to three years.
