This section outlines the grant funding available through the Welsh Government to address issues of housing and community regeneration.

The New Ideas Fund supports small research projects by providing each successful project with up to £10,000 of funding.

The New Ideas Fund first provided grants in 2005; and in October 2006 provided a further 15 projects with a total of £133,461. A total of £180,779 of funding has been awarded for 2008. Successful bids are listed below.
