What actions were taken?

The creation of a multi-agency programme of interventions in order to tackle the offending behaviour of a sixteen year old female.

What was the outcome?

The production of a DVD giving a personal account by this young female of her experiences over a period of time. The account includes her arrest, detention and engagement with support agencies.
