Powys Domestic Abuse Forum

Multi-agency partnership of statutory and voluntary organisations that are committed to reducing incidence of domestic abuse. Independent Domestic Violence Advisor works with high and very-high risk clients to produce safety plans, giving advice and assistance on a wide range of issues. Including support through the criminal justice system and court process.

Powys Community Safety Partnership

The partnership are constantly striving to keep Powys strong, safe and secure contributing to improving the quality of life for all those who work, live and visit the County. 

Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre (MFCC)

Provide refuge accommodation for women and also Refuge accommodation for men and their children. Floating support schemes, Perpetrator programme and Child Contact Centre.

Yffynnon

A support group for female survivors of child sexual abuse. Offering Counselling/support. Mutual support groups. Their meetings are held fortnightly, in Ponthafren, Newtown, Powys.
