Integrated Personal Development System (IPDS)

Integrated Personal Development System logo.IPDS is the Fire and Rescue Services approach to workforce development. It is based on National Occupational Standards and a competence-based approach to personal development.

The IPDS website is the main source of information on the workforce development system for the Fire and Rescue Services. It provides personnel with information on the components of IPDS including Personal Qualities and Attributes and Assessment Development Centres.
