Protocol on intervention powers under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004

This protocol describes how we may intervene if a fire and rescue authority is not adhering to the priorities, objectives and guidance in the Fire and Rescue National Framework for Wales. We are entitled to consider using these intervention powers under section 22 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.
