Overseeing the production of the Community Strategy for Monmouthshire, setting out an agreed vision for the county across the whole range of issues which affect the quality of life for local people:

  • Ensuring that public services are citizen centred
  • Driving forward the delivery of that vision through agreeing joint priorities and actions and sharing resources, using an outcome based approach
  • Ensuring that the wider community have the opportunity to play a full part in developing and delivering the vision set out in the Community Strategy
