Council Tax Update Letter 2/2004

• The Council Tax (Prescribed Classes of Dwellings) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.
• The Council Tax (Demand Notices) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.

This letter is a follow up to CTUL-1-2004 and confirms that the above Regulations are now in force. Copies of the Regulations are attached to the E-mail accompanying this letter.
