We will use circulars to inform you of new or altered building regulations policy.

Before 31 December 2011, circulars and circular letters were published by the Department for Communities & Local Government (DCLG) for England and Wales. Any that were current on 31 December 2011 still apply to Wales. They can be seen on the Gov.uk website (external link).

Any circulars and circular letters published on the Gov.uk website after 31 December 2011 will not apply to Wales.
