There will be 4 meetings held each year. The location will alternate between North and South Wales: February (South Wales), June (North Wales), September (South Wales) and November/December (North Wales).

Dates and times of meeting

Meetings will usually be held on the second Thursday of the month. The meetings should be held between 10.30am and 3.30pm, but each meeting should be

A virtual e-mail support network accompanies the quarterly meetings.

Agenda

Any group member is welcome to put forward an item for the agenda. The final agenda will be prepared by the chair. To find out more about putting forward items, see the paper ‘Contributing to WSLC’.

Papers and translation

  • Papers will be available electronically on the Welsh Government website before each meeting; no packs will be provided at the meeting.
  • We will consult regularly on translation requirements.
  • The provision of simultaneous translation facilities will depend on the number of meeting attendees that wish to contribute through the medium of Welsh.

This paper was updated April 2010 outside meetings to reflect transfer of function.
