The latest bulletins on the economy and labour market by economic region in Wales, produced by the Welsh Government, were released on 31 January 2012 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

The bulletin includes latest information from a range of sources and covers a variety of time periods. The bulletin will update the statistics previously released on 29 December 2011.

The latest release includes new data for:

  • Claimant Count (December 2011)
  • Jobcentre vacancies (December 2011)

A summary report is available on the StatsWales website showing data that is available by Local Authority.
