Statistics on projected apprenticeship framework success rates produced by the Welsh Government were released on 20 December 2011 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority. As this is the first time this measure has been published, the release has been designated as experimental statistics.

Statistics on projected apprenticeship framework success rates include data for Wales for the academic year 2010/11.

The key points from the latest release are:

  • In 2010/11, projected apprenticeship framework success rates were 79 per cent and 81 per cent in Foundation Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship programmes respectively.
