Team Green Britain Bike Week aims to get more people cycling, more often. Last year almost half a million people took part at events across the UK.

It offers something for everyone – from families, schools and companies, to seasoned cyclists and those who have never cycled before.

In 2011 it is aiming to fix as many bikes as possible in one week by holding Britain’s Biggest Bike Fix. It wants to encourage everyone to dig their bike out of the shed and get it (and themselves) fit for the summer.

You, your friends, family and colleagues can take part from 18 to 26 June.

Team Green Britain Bike Week can provide:

  • support and advice for event organizers;
  • free marketing materials and giveaways; and
  • free event organiser insurance.
