Wales Rail Planning Assessment (WRPA)

A key role of the WRPA is to set strategic objectives for the railway, which will include: identifying where additional capacity will be required to meet future growth in rail travel, improving physical access at stations and on trains, tackling crowding and providing a more integrated and accessible service.
