National Transport Plan - WelTAG Assessment

The NTP has been developed based on the Welsh Transport Planning Appraisal Guidance (WelTAG), which was published by the Welsh  Government in 2008.

WelTAG is a tool designed to help decision makers demonstrate how interventions have been identified, developed and tested. It is used for planning and appraisal in Wales, representing overarching best practice guidance to be applied to all modes, and to all types of investment proposals at the level of strategy or specific interventions.
