A Task and Finish Group has offered considerations on how to increase the number of communities where Welsh is the main language.

The Group focused on seven key issues:

  • demography
  • language transmission
  • education
  • status
  • economy
  • infrastructure
  • social vibrancy.

The report contains background papers on the seven key areas, as well as a proposed work plan. It will now be presented to the First Minister and Welsh Language Partnership Council for consideration.
